Checklist of information you’ll need for updating your profile:
First and Last Name
Phone Number
Team Name (if Applicable)

Title (title should follow compliance guidelines for your broker and state, it will say “REALTOR® by default)

If your state requires display of your license number you will need to enter that in this field along with any preceding text like “DRE” or “LIC #.” If you do not need to have your license number this field can alternatively be used for other compliance requirements such as displaying where you are licensed, for example, “Licensed in Virginia.”

Headshot
Your personal or team logo
How to:
Whenever you take a new listing or an active listing has a status change, you will receive an email that looks similar to this. You may notice that the thumbnail is missing contact information or contains a headshot that looks like a stock image or a picture of someone else. Easy fix!
Step 1: Click the red button in the email that says “Take Me to All My Graphics”
You will only have to update this information one time (or whenever you need to make changes like updating a new headshot or logo).
Step 2: Clicking the button in the email will open a web page that looks like this. Hover over the profile circle at the top right (this may be an empty circle with a question mark if you have no headshot) and click “Update my Profile.”
Step 3: Complete the form by providing all of the information or file attachments requested.
Please note that only jpeg or png images are acceptable file types for logos and headshots. You will also note that there are two options for uploading a logo: square or rectangular. It is important that you upload the one that most closely matches your logo to ensure that it doesn’t get distorted or cut off in your generated graphics. See below for examples of square and horizontal aspect ratio logos and upload your logo to the field that most closely matches your own.
When you have updated your profile, click “Save Changes.” After updating your profile, the existing graphics package will not automatically update with the provided profile information as they have already been generated, however, you will receive an email within a few minutes with a link to a new package. Moving forward, all graphics packages will be complete with the provided information and you will only need to make updates to your profile when necessary to reflect changes in your contact information, headshot, etc.
